From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

Hotel Pickup: Transportation is available within the Seven Mile Beach pickup area only. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking

Outside Pickup Area / No Hotel Information: Guests staying outside the Seven Mile Beach pickup area or without accommodation information at the time of booking must meet at Cayman Falls Plaza, across from The Westin.

Tour Duration: Travel time is included in the total duration of the tour.

Reef Snorkeling Location: Your captain will select Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef based on wind, waves, tides and crowds to provide the best available snorkeling experience.

What to Bring: Bring a towel, swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen and a change of clothes if desired.

Food & Drinks: Feel free to bring your own snacks, food or beverages if you’d like something additional or have a personal preference. Glass containers are not permitted on board.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather. The tour will only be canceled due to weather or sea conditions if operations are restricted by the Cayman Islands Port Authority. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

Wildlife: Stingrays and other marine life are wild animals in their natural environment; wildlife sightings and behavior may vary.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Wheelchairs & Mobility: Transportation can accommodate foldable or collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.

Guests must be able to board and exit the boat independently. The boat sits approximately level with the dock, but boarding requires stepping across a wider-than-normal gap, so guests must have sufficient balance, stability and mobility.

Guests participating in snorkeling should be comfortable swimming in open water. Life vests and snorkel vests are available.

Children: Snorkeling equipment is available for ages 4 and older.
