Palacio de MineriaIn between tacos, sweets and freshly-squeezed juices, we will stop at some of the historic center's most fascinating colonial-era buildings, such as this old palace.

One of the historic center's most beautiful buildings, the famous House of Tiles, will also give us a chance to take in another delicious bite along our route.

Camino Real de Tierra AdentroAlong with tasting some of the historic center's best eats, we'll also learn about the area's fascinating history through visiting sites such as this one, which during the colonial period served as a staging ground for journey's all the way up to what is now New Mexico.
