Here, we'll taste wines made with Carignan grapes from old vines, a house specialty known for its character and integrity. It's the perfect place to understand the essence of the Valley before we begin our tour. The wine we'll be tasting is a single-varietal Carignan, not very common in the Guadalupe Valley, with body and character.
