MarktAfter the main course, you will walk onto Delft's pretty market square. Here you will see the New Church, Hugo Grotius (who is that again?) and the house of Johannes Vermeer (it is not where you think it is)

BeestenmarktAs you leave the main square, you will see the Beestenmarkt. This was Delft's former animal market square. Nowadays, it is a bustling square full of terraces where the locals go to have a beer.

In the south of the old city center, you will find an impressive building: the old weapon's armoury of Holland. Next to that, there is a former office of the Dutch East India Company. Both very picturesque.
