• Bike fitting (host-provided or other)

• Wear visibility clothing
• Wear a helmet (or I will provide one)
• What to bring: sunscreen, eye protection

First, the on-bike preliminary begins on asphalt bike paths away from vehicular traffic: and includes:

• Getting on and off the bike
• Starting and stopping with control
Next, the on-bike road and trail biking include:
