Meeting point
Meet me at Raffles Place Train station (MRT), near the automatic ticket machines, on the Ticket concourse level (one above the platform levels). I’ll hold the "SG HOT SPOT - TOUR GUIDING" white flag.
*If you are not using the train to arrive at the meeting point, please go down, to the station.

We will end our tour at the iconic Marina Bay Sands a few minutes before the start of the breathtaking Light & Water Show.

Raffles PlaceThe heart of the Singapore Business District since 1822. *subject to availability - We will go up to the second-highest tower in Singapore to one of the most beautiful observation decks on the island. **If the Tower observation deck is unavailable, we will go up to the observation deck of the National Gallery of Singapore instead.

Singapore RiverThe point where the old Port of Singapore was located. We will talk about the history of the Singapore River and how the river was significant to the island's residents.

Colonial District/Civic DistrictThe center of colonial Singapore, with many impressive Colonial buildings. It is an excellent combination scene of old and new. We will talk about the history of Singapore and why Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles decided to settle on this small island. As well we will also talk about the history of Singapore after Raffles's time and about the time of the great leader of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew.
