If you book for the evening, enjoy a welcome cocktail and a colorful spread of meze; small dishes that are the soul of Turkish hospitality. You’ll then dive into preparing hearty main courses such as grilled dishes, rice pilaf, eggplant-based specialties, and more.
Dinner will be paired with local wines or rakı; Turkey’s iconic anise-flavored spirit. We’ll share how rakı is traditionally enjoyed, how to drink it properly, and how to appreciate its unique flavor to the fullest.

Once the meal is ready, we’ll gather around the table for a true Turkish feast. While we say, "we cook for 2 hours and eat in 10 minutes," you're welcome to savor each bite slowly. It’s all about good food, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection.

After the meal, we’ll wind down with more tea, local desserts, and shared stories.
