Overview
We would prepare two classic dishes of the Italian tradition that every Sunday are present on the tables of every self-respecting Italian family. We will visit the Pasta Museum with an expert Guide.
We will do both a historical/theoretical introduction and then move on to the practical part where you can make with your own hands two gourmet dishes that have made Italy famous in the world: Lasagne and Tiramisu!

We will learn how to make lasagna and tiramisu which are famous Italian dishes. With flour, eggs, water, milk you will make pasta and we will teach you the little Italian secrets. We are in the center of Florence near Ponte Vecchio, the heart of Florence within a nice and comfortable place. We will cook together the lasagna: how to make the dough with a rolling pin. I explain how to cook a good Bolognese and béchamel sauce sauce. While we cook it, we prepare the Tiramisu that we can eat all together accompanied by our excellent organic Tuscan wine. We will taste 4 different Tuscan wines. The experience will last 3 hours including cooking and eating all together. All of you will receive recipes with our secrets. The activity includes a visit to the Pasta Museum and a wine tasting that has a separate cost of € 20 to be paid locally to the museum association. We are waiting for you for a unique experience in Florence!
