We will learn how to make lasagna and tiramisu which are famous Italian dishes.
With flour, eggs, water, milk you will make pasta and we will teach you the little Italian secrets.
We are in the center of Florence near Ponte Vecchio, the heart of Florence within a nice and comfortable place.
We will first visit the Pasta Museum under the expert Guide of our team. Then we will cook together the lasagna: how to make the dough with a rolling pin. I explain how to cook a good Bolognese and béchamel sauce sauce.
While we cook it, we prepare the Tiramisu that we can eat all together accompanied by our excellent organic Tuscan wine.
We will taste 4 different Tuscan wines. The experience will last 3 hours including cooking and eating all together. All of you will receive recipes with our secrets.
The experience requires a payment of 20€ on the spot to the cultural association, which manages part of the experience. Payment will be made via POS with receipt.
