If you need transportation please provide the pickup location (hotel or identifiable landmark) so we can give you an approximate pickup time. Otherwise, we can’t provide transportation since we don't know where to find you. On the other hand, if you have your own transportation please let us know so we can provide you with the location. Otherwise, we can’t confirm this booking, and telling us last minute would not assure it and will depend on availability.

In order for us to get your entrance ticket to the park we will need the full name, passport number and Nationality from all participants. Also make sure to bring the passport on the day of the tour (a copy or picture of it would also work).

Shared tours are based on a scheduled itinerary and pickup/dropoff times. We recommend you take the private tour service if you would like to choose at your best convenience the itinerary, or schedules of the service
