No refund can be issued regardless of any personal reason after the tour start.

Our community-run initiative, batik painting or tree planting, is free per piece or tree and supports locals during your stay. Cancellations of this programme doesnt provide any refunds. A night walk is also part of the program. After booking, this tour becomes part of the program.
