Prepare traditional Tuscan dishes using recipes from a true local family. Our family has lived in the area for generations and has been running the agriturismo for over 20 years with our intimate and informal style. Always listen to Nonna!
Visit an authentic 17th-century farmhouse and taste some fresh, organic foods. For the class and the meal, we use exclusively fresh local ingredients, including those produced on our farm: oil, vegetables, fruit, jams, chestnuts, and eggs.
We grow our produce in a sustainable way, without the use of pesticides and chemicals. For us, farming is synonymous with respect for the environment and protection of the land. We are in love with the beautiful Sienese countryside!
Enjoy a delicious meal in the company of both locals and fellow travelers. We will be happy not only to share great food, but also to tell you about our territory and its history, and give you some valuable advice that only a true local would know!

Together we will prepare fresh pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, or gnocchi, as well as typical Tuscan and Italian desserts, and some seasonal starters to enjoy at the end of the class. Every dish is prepared using fresh, local ingredients and following practical techniques that can be applied to other recipes.
The class is hands-on and lasts approximately four hours, concluding with a final meal that you will enjoy at the farmhouse venue. Each participant will receive a copy of the recipes used during the class.
