Meet your instructor and a small group to begin your Mexican culinary adventure. No experience is necessary, and you're bound to learn something new about Mexican cooking and culture, whether you're a novice or an expert chef.

Your group will create several traditional Mexican dishes such as burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, plus several appetizers and the classic margarita.

Listen as your instructor guides you through the process of making each dish, taking notes if you like. Most of the ingredients used can be found all over the world, so you'll be able to recreate everything at home.

Once everything’s ready, gather around the table to enjoy the full meal you created, share stories with your host, and toast with a homemade margarita.
