We start our experience visiting a local market located in the district of Surquillo, where we will have a tasting of exotic fruits and we will also try some of the traditional dishes of Lima such as 'Ceviche con Chicharrón', 'Pan con chicharrón' or others. We will tour the entire market while we explain the history and properties of the most important ingredients that we have in the country, such as potatoes, corn, seeds, peppers and others.
