Salt PierUsing Bonaire's salt, sea and wind, salt accumulates in impressive crystal formations. Bonaire's salt pyramids can be seen upon arrival by sea or air, each about 50 feet high and containing about 10,000 tons of 99.6% pure salt. The salt pier juts out into the Caribbean and is where the salt is transferred from the pile to the boats that will transport the salt around the world.

The Willemstoren lighthouse was built in 1838, named after King Willem I of the Netherlands. Willemstoren is 21 meters high and was the first lighthouse on Bonaire. Enjoy free time at Sorobon Beach. Sorobon Beach is one of two beaches in Lac Bay; brilliant lagoon with an area of 700 ha. Sorobon Beach is located in the south of the lake bay, the northeast is Ho Cai beach. At the beach restaurant there are food, drinks and restroom amenities. You can swim or relax on the beach.
