A culinary adventure with our Cooking School, starting at 8:30 am as we gather at the school in Silom. At 8:40 am, immerse yourself in the local market, handpicking fresh ingredients for our cooking session, followed by a return to the school.
Beginning at 9:15 am, dive into an introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs, and learn the art of crafting coconut milk and sticky rice. The hands-on experience continues with Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) at 10:00 am, where you'll enjoy the fruits of your labor. Followed by Session 2 (salad) at 10:30 am, indulge in your culinary masterpiece. At 11:00 am, Session 3 (curry) unfolds, allowing you to relish your dish while also creating curry paste from scratch.
The adventure concludes with Session 4 (dessert) at 11:30 am, where you'll delight in your sweet creation. The class wraps up at noon, leaving you with newfound culinary skills and a satisfied palate. Join us for an immersive journey into the world of authentic Thai cooking!
