Delhi Arrival: Airport pickup is available according to the guest's flight arrival time. Standard hotel check-in is approximately 2:00 PM. Guests arriving early in the morning who require immediate room access should book the hotel from the previous night at an additional cost.

Day 1 Evening Programme: The Akshardham visit and water show depend on the guest's flight arrival time and the attraction's operating schedule. Guests arriving too late to comfortably undertake the programme will be transferred directly to the hotel.

Monday in Delhi: Akshardham Temple is closed on Mondays. The programme will instead include Birla Mandir and an opportunity to witness the evening Aarti ceremony.

Taj Mahal: Taj Mahal sunrise or sunset visit is subject to clear weather conditions.

Panna Tiger Reserve Safari: Panna Tiger Reserve has both core and buffer safari zones. The main core zones—Madla, Hinouta and Akola Core—normally operate from October through June and remain closed to tourism during the monsoon period from July through September. Buffer zones, including Jinna and Akola Buffer, are generally open throughout the year. For tours operating during the core-zone closure period, the safari will therefore be arranged in an available buffer zone, subject to weather conditions, permit availability and current Forest Department regulations. Safari zones are allotted/confirmed according to availability and park regulations. Wildlife sightings occur in a natural environment, and sightings of tigers, leopards or any particular species cannot be guaranteed.

Wednesday Safari: Core zones of Panna Tiger Reserve remain closed for the Wednesday afternoon safari. If the scheduled safari falls on a Wednesday, the programme may be adjusted to a morning safari or an available buffer-zone safari, subject to permits, weather conditions and Forest Department regulations.

Safari Documentation: Guests should provide the passport copies of all travelers well in advance for wildlife safari and domestic flight reservations and must carry their original passport during the safari where required.

Khajuraho–Varanasi Flight: Flight schedules and operating days are determined by the airline and may change. The itinerary may be adjusted if the direct flight is unavailable on the selected travel date.

Ganges Boat Ride: The boat ride is subject to river level, weather and local authority regulations. In unsafe conditions, the boat ride may be cancelled.

Shopping: Visits to artisan centres or shops are completely optional. Guests who do not wish to shop can inform the guide, and no shopping stops will be made.

Physical Requirements: This tour involves walking at monuments, temples, forts, ghats and archaeological sites. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.

Clothing: Modest clothing is recommended when visiting temples, mosques, Sikh places of worship and other religious sites. Guests may be required to remove shoes and/or cover their heads at certain places of worship.

The exact order of sightseeing may occasionally change because of weather, traffic, monument closures, airline schedules, forest regulations or other operational considerations without reducing the overall tour experience.

Complimentary pickup is provided from Delhi International or Domestic Airport according to your arriving flight on Day 1.

If you are already staying in Delhi, pickup can alternatively be arranged from your hotel in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida or Ghaziabad.

Our prices are based on twin-sharing accommodation. For bookings with an odd number of travelers, one room will be provided as a triple-sharing room (one double/twin room with one extra bed), with the remaining rooms on a twin-sharing basis. Guests who prefer a separate room instead of triple-sharing accommodation may do so by paying the applicable single room supplement.

A triple room generally consists of one double or twin room with an additional rollaway bed. The size and comfort of an extra bed may differ from a standard hotel bed.

Typical vehicle allocation: 1–2 travelers: air-conditioned Sedan car | 3-4 travelers: air-conditioned SUV car or MPV | 5 or more travelers: air-conditioned minivan | Larger groups: Air-conditioned minibus or coach.

Guests carrying oversized luggage, wheelchairs, strollers, sports equipment or an unusually large number of bags must inform the operator before booking. An upgraded vehicle may be required at an additional cost.

No refund will be provided for voluntarily unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transportation, guides, flights or other confirmed services after the tour has begun.

Taj Mahal Friday Closure: The Taj Mahal remains closed to visitors every Friday. If the scheduled Taj Mahal visit falls on a Friday, the Agra programme will be adjusted accordingly. Guests arriving in Agra on Thursday will visit the Taj Mahal at sunset on Thursday in place of Agra Fort. The following morning, after breakfast, the tour will continue with a guided visit to Agra Fort, followed by the remaining programme as scheduled.
