This tour combines experiences in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, and Namibia over five days.

Most activities operate in small groups, with a maximum of 8 guests per safari vehicle, although many departures have fewer guests depending on the day's bookings.

Airport transfers and inter-country transfers included in the itinerary are provided in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles.

Accommodation is included as specified in the itinerary, with breakfast provided daily. Other meals are included where indicated.

Professional English-speaking guides accompany the activities. Local specialist guides may be used in each country.

Guests are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visas for Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, and Namibia.

Please carry your passport throughout the tour, as border crossings are required between countries.

Some national park entrance fees and government conservation fees may be payable separately if not listed under the inclusions.

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, a hat, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, and a camera.

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as animals roam freely in their natural habitat.

Pick-up times may vary slightly depending on your accommodation location and border crossing procedures.

Vegetarian and other dietary requirements can usually be accommodated with advance notice.

Children under the age of 18: When crossing the Botswana border, children under 18 years of age should travel with a copy of their birth certificate. A clear soft copy (digital copy) on a mobile phone is generally acceptable, although carrying a printed copy is also recommended to help ensure a smooth border crossing.

Important: Please note that the park entrance fees and government conservation fees listed under Exclusions are payable in cash (USD) on the day of the tour, as card payment facilities may not be available at national parks and border posts.

Most nationalities can obtain visas upon arrival; however, requirements vary by nationality, so please contact us before travel for visa advice. We recommend a Zimbabwe Double Entry Visa or, where eligible, the KAZA Univisa (USD 50). The KAZA Univisa allows travel between Zimbabwe and Zambia and day trips to Botswana only. As this tour includes an overnight stay outside Zimbabwe, guests departing from Victoria Falls Airport will need to purchase a Zimbabwe Single Entry Visa (USD 30) when re-entering Zimbabwe. If applicable, the Namibia visa costs approximately USD 100. Please bring USD cash for visa payments, as card machines may not always be available. Visa fees are not included in the tour price. If you are unsure of your visa requirements, simply contact us with your nationality, and we will be happy to assist.
