- Special dietary requirements are catered for with prior arrangements at no extra cost.
- Pick up and drop off at Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport.
- 3-4 porters per climber, which includes porters to carry up to 30 lbs of your personal gear.
- Transportation to & from the mountain gate.
- Pre and Post hotel before and the next day after trek -Can be arranged upon request at an extra cost

- All food and catering equipment – breakfasts, lunches (packed when necessary) and evening meals
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on day 1-5 and breakfast & Lunch on day 6 of your trip.
- Crisis management apparatus – VHF 2-way mobile phone, basic first aid kit and an on call vehicle.
- National Park entrance, accommodation and camping fees.
- The minimum amount is 15 USD per guide, 10 USD per cook and 10 USD per porter, all are per day.
- Inoculations and personal insurance and all other services that are not mentioned as included.
- Mountain gears + Sleeping bag (can be rented, please ask us at the time of the booking).
- Portable flush toilet with a toilet tent is extra (US$100 per toilet + toilet tent)
