For sake, we offer two kinds of cold sake and one kind of warmed sake, selected locally from Hokkaido by a dominant sake master.You can enjoy the difference in taste depending on the temperature and sake that can only be tasted in carefully selected Hokkaido.In order to ensure that customers from overseas can enjoy sake with peace of mind, we have selected sake that is easy to drink and is close to the food.Recommendations for those who are not familiar with sake or are new to it.We also offer a variety of unique Japanese ways to eat, such as hot soba broth and tenkasu, for overseas customers.It is not just a cooking experience, but also a content where you can learn both Japanese soba culture and sake culture at the same time.It will be a private experience for a small number of people.
