Overview
Acatenango and Fuego Volcano offer travelers a remarkable opportunity to witness one of the most beautiful volcanic landscapes in Central America. This all-inclusive tour is designed for comfort and enjoyment while experiencing the extraordinary eruptions of the active Fuego Volcano.
- 🏕️ Each tent includes a pillow, a -6°C sleeping bag, an extra blanket, and a comfortable mattress (5" or 12cm).
- 🌋 A waterproof carpet under the mattress isolates cold from the bottom, while the tent is situated inside a wooden cabin to keep warmth in.
- 🗺️ Our tourism project collaborates with the local guides cooperative CAT (Comité de Autogestión Turística) from the community of San Jose Calderas, Chimaltenango.
- 🌄 If conditions are clear, views of Pacaya and Agua volcanoes may also be visible from our location.
