W.E.B. DuBois CenterThe center is named after William Burghardt Dubois who was an African American civil rights activist. He then became a citizen of Ghana in 1960. He is often known as the father of pan-Africanism. The center was where he lived during his stay in Ghana with his wife and where they are now buried. The center contains his personal library, his belonging, a seminar room a gallery and his tumb.
