Aguas CalientesThis experience begins with a 30 minute bus ride to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival at the main entrance, please present your original passport and go through the security check. Then, enjoy a 20 minute walk to the upper section of Machu Picchu, where your guide will lead you to the perfect viewpoint.

Machu PicchuYour guide will lead a 3-hour tour, sharing the rich history of the Lost Citadel. Enjoy panoramic views, explore stone temples and terraces, then return to Aguas Calientes. Last-minute bookings have limited availability. After booking, we’ll confirm which circuits and times are still open. Booking 3 months ahead is recommended to access the best routes. Solo travelers may join groups of up to 4. Bookings of 2 or more get a private guide. LEGAL NOTICE: Machu Picchu online tickets often sell out months ahead. The Cultural Office in Aguas Calientes releases a limited number for in-person purchase only. August, and most of September 2025 are already sold out for online reservations. If online tickets are sold out, arrive early the day before with your passport to buy in person. In busy times, you may need 2–3 extra nights in Aguas Calientes.
