Meeting point
The hop-on hop-off tour departs from 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Mason Street). The Alcatraz Island ferry leaves from Pier 33. You should line up about 30 min prior to your departure time. Follow the instructions provided in the voucher to redeem your ticket. No vouchers are accepted at Pier 33 directly.
