Roundtrip transportation is included only if you selected the tour option with transportation. Guests selecting the option without transportation are responsible for getting to and from the beach club.

Pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time.

Meet just outside Costa Maya Port’s main access and look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name.

Kayaks and snorkeling gear are available subject to availability.

What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and personal essentials.

Beach Conditions: Seaweed, water clarity, waves, and other beach or sea conditions are natural and may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, operations may be modified or canceled to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Water Activities: Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.

Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs only. Vehicles are not wheelchair-adapted, and non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
