The absolute highlight of our visit will be an exclusive tasting of the region's two legendary nomadic drinks: creamy, refreshing shubat (fermented camel milk) sourced straight from their own sustainable farm, and crisp, invigorating qymyz (traditional fermented mare's milk). For the grand centerpiece of our feast, we will share a magnificent platter of authentic beshbarmak—Kazakhstan's national dish, featuring melt-in-your-mouth, hand-pulled meat and delicate flat noodles steeped in a rich, savory broth.
