Infants under the age of two(0~2 year-old) are free of charge only if they will not occupy seats on their own.

The tour can be cancelled or rescheduled due to underbooking(i.e. Less than four people).

The schedule might change depending on traffic and weather conditions.

The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants.

The tour may end at a different time, depending on the situation(e.g. traffic jams, a bottleneck phenomenon caused by a number of tourists etc.).

At the end of the tour, we will not go back to Hongik Univ. Station, due to heavy traffic. You can go back to Hongik Univ. Station by taking subway line 2 at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, one of our drop-off sites, if you want.

Tour Cancellation will only be offered until two days before the departure date.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
