You'll arrive at the restaurant by Ape Calessino where your cooking class will take place under the supervision of a local chef. You and a group of fun people will have the opportunity to learn how to make real Italian dishes in a fun restaurant in the center of Rome.

You will first learn how to make tiramisu, which is the most loved dolce (Italian dessert), then you will move to make your own fettuccini pasta from egg and flour. Not only that, but you will first make the dough and then learn how to cut the pasta into different shapes. Finally, you get to choose the sauce - amatriciana, cacio e pepe or just tomato sauce to go with your pasta, you choose because you're the chef for the day!
