- Your private, air-conditioned vehicle arrives at your hotel or riad door at 8:00 AM sharp. If your riad is inside the medina and inaccessible by car, your guide will meet you at the nearest accessible point — all communicated in advance. The 45-minute drive south takes you through the outskirts of Marrakech and into the foothills of the High Atlas, with your guide sharing the history of the Berber people and pointing out landmarks along the way. AsniYour first stop is a women-run argan oil cooperative — one of the most praised stops on any Atlas Mountains tour.
