Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines is 130 kg/ 286 lb.

Maximum waist size allowed on the ziplines is 1.24 m / 49 in.

Transportation to the park can take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the location of your hotel or meeting point.

Signing up a liability waiver is a must before participating in the activity.

Safety briefing is highly implemented for your own safety.

Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.

Keep in mind that this is a shared transportation service, so the van is not private.

All seats are standard size, as is typical for this kind of transfer.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
