We need the surname and first name of each participant (the same as in the identity card or passport) for all bookings made for 2023 and 2024 to visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum. If we do not get it, we will not be able to buy admission tickets to the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum.

One day (1 day, around 4 P.M. - 7 P.M. ) before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.

Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm.

Guided tour in Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum will have a maximum of 30 participants.

Professional English speaking guide is provided by the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum.

We, as a Auschwitz-Krakow Tours, are not responsible for any refusal to enter the Museum later than the time indicated on the ticket due to customers arriving late for the previously agreed pick-up time, which will result in missing the guided tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
