Wheelchair & Mobility Info Our standard vans are not equipped with a wheelchair lift and cannot transport passengers seated in their wheelchair during the drive. If you can transfer from your wheelchair to a regular car seat (with assistance from your companion), we can transport your foldable wheelchair/scooter free of charge in the luggage compartment. Driver will assist with folding and loading. Please add a note at checkout: "foldable wheelchair in trunk + can transfer". For safety, please specify wheelchair type and weight. Auschwitz Museum: Auschwitz I has steps and limited elevator access (ground floors only), Birkenau is flat but unpaved/gravel. A companion to assist is strongly recommended.
