You are picking up directly from your hotel in Kraków and go to Auschwitz-Birkenau museum in brand new, luxury Mercedes-Benz or BMW car. After arrival, you will have 15-20 minutes free time before group tour (up to 30 pax) started. Entering the museum you walk through security control, then you meet the guide and collect your audio devices (headphones and receiver) to hear guide clearly during the tour. Sightseeing is divided into two parts: first with Auschwitz-I camp and then 3,5km away Auschwitz-II Birkenau. Of course your chauffeur will be at your disposal all the time. Getting to know those German Nazi crimes takes around 3 hours (Auschwitz-I around 2h, Auschwitz-II Birkenau around 1h). Most of the grounds and buildings are accessible for visitors excluding the Museum administration and its departments blocks. When you finish your guided tour, driver takes you back to your hotel or any other place you want in Kraków.
