Follow Chef Huong to make the easy version of Chinese dumplings from scratch. In this session, Chef Huong will be showing you how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and also using a stored bought wrappers so you can experience with the 2 different textures. You will be making 2 types of dumplings: Chef’s version of pork, chives and shrimp dumplings and vegetarian tofu dumplings. This can be a vegetarian friendly dish - just let the chef know at the start of class if you would like.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4.
This class is NOT BYOB. The Hotel Majestic's wonderful bar will offer a variety of drinks available for purchase. Please arrive 15 min early to check in and settle in. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
