Step into my home kitchen in Salerno and discover the joy of making authentic Italian pasta from scratch. Together, we’ll prepare soft, hand-rolled gnocchi (cavatelli), a traditional gnocchi-style pasta made without potatoes—simple, fun, and perfect for beginners.
You’ll also learn how to cook a fragrant tomato sauce enriched with fresh herbs and local flavors. To finish, we’ll pair your pasta with delicious fresh or aged cheeses, just like we do in southern Italian families.
Once everything is ready, you can choose to enjoy your meal in the cozy dining room or outside in the garden, surrounded by the warmth and relaxed atmosphere of a real Italian home.
