This cooking class will take place in a family home located in the south part of Jaipur. You will learn to prepare some vegetarian Indian snacks Samosa with green chutney sauce and delicious Masala chai. The class will begin with an introduction to the spices, herbs and ingredients that we will be using in the recipes.
All food is going to be vegetarian and you will learn all the cooking techniques with us. We will walk you through Indian life style and share our food culture that is over 5 thousand years old.
We hope that once you go back home, you can surprise your relatives or friends with those delicious Indian recipes. We are modern and open-minded people and we will enjoy answering all your questions.
