Join Anjee, a warm Trinidadian home cook and culinary entrepreneur, at her peaceful farmhouse near Fort George in Port of Spain. Begin your experience with a welcome drink and snack before moving to the outdoor deck for a hands-on, 1.5-hour private cooking class in Creole cuisine. Using fresh, local ingredients, you’ll learn to prepare a traditional Trinidadian meal—vegetarian options available. If there’s a particular dish you’d love to try, simply note it when booking. After cooking, sit down to enjoy your creations alongside local beer, wine, or a cocktail, and finish with a sweet treat from Anjee’s bakery.
