Fortress Walls of Icheri SheherMeet with your tour guide at the central Ichersheher metro station. You will pass through old city walls, built in 12th century by the ancient kingdom of Shirvanshahs. From there we’ll walk through the Philarmony garden and see the building of Philarmony, built in 1912 and inspired by the design of Monte Carlo casino.

Baku FunicularAfter 15 minutes walk we’ll arrive to the Funicular and take a train to the hilltop of the city. There you will be able to enjoy the city bay view in its fullest and take nice photos. The outstanding modern towers of Baku – the Flame Towers are located in this area. You will also get a chance to visit The Martyrs Lane and get informed about its history and significance for Azerbaijani people. We will also visit Uphill Park ("Daghustu Park") when coming back from the Martyrs Lane.

You will learn more about its history, different stories about its real architect and legends behind it.
