Fountain SquareIn this neighbourhood, your guide takes you to a local restaurant/cafe to taste a selection of Azerbaijani food as a specialty of the visited spot. The main focus of this stop is the traditional cuisine of Azerbaijan at a traditional restaurant. Meanwhile hear about Azerbaijani cuisine, food, and drinking culture.

Nizami StreetIn this neighbourhood, your guide takes you to one of local wine bars for wine-tasting experience. The experience includes wine made of both indigenous and introductory grape varieties. You also interact with your sommelier and learn about Azerbaijan’s lesser-known wine-making history and culture.

Sahil ParkIn this neighbourhood, your guide takes you to street vendors in the local off-beaten places to taste street food, and fast food from Turkey and Russia that have shaped the local street food lifestyle in Baku.

Towards the end of the tour, your guide takes you to a tea house (chaykhana) to taste local tea by accustoming yourself to tea-drinking culture and tasting some Azerbaijani sweets and jam.
