- We meet and collect our bicycles from the shop, and set off on our adventure through the Roman quarter, stopping by the old Roman square. (pass by)

El Born / La RiberaWe head into the Born neighbourhood where we will cycle through its narrow medieval lanes and learn about its fascinating history. We drop off our bicycles and head into one of Barcelona's 47 markets, Santa Caterina, where we'll taste some of the star products of Spain, including 3 cheeses, 2 hams, and chorizo. Your guide is experienced in dry-curing hams, he will tell you all about it.
