You will learn key techniques of Basque cuisine by preparing iconic dishes such as creamy Spanish omelette, perfectly emulsified cod al pil pil, stuffed piquillo peppers, and the celebrated Basque cheesecake, finishing with a tasting of what you cooked paired with red wine, txakoli or cider.
