We will be meeting at the main lifeguard station at La Jolla Shores Beach (8300 Camino Del Oro, La Jolla, CA 92037) I’ll be near the main entrance doors which face the ocean with a beach caddy full of yoga mats :)
There is free parking at the lot or park along the street.

We will be meeting at the main lifeguard station at La Jolla Shores Beach (8300 Camino Del Oro, La Jolla, CA 92037) I’ll be near the main entrance doors which face the ocean with a beach caddy full of yoga mats :)

This yoga experience will guide you through a fun and energetic flow while finding your personal mind-body connection.
From our meeting point, we will walk together to a quieter and more secluded area on the beach. We'll begin with a brief meditation to quiet the mind. In this idyllic setting surrounded by palm trees and the gentle, soothing sound of the waves, you'll feel all your cares start to melt away as we dive into a blissful hour of yoga, custom-tailored to your needs and experience. The 1-hour session will conclude with an optional Lavender Essential oil forehead and temple massage, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
Note: Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience, which will provide a buffer time to walk to (and back) from our location on the beach.
