Basilica di Santa Maria MaggioreNext, we move to our second stop. In one of Bergamo Alta’s most charming restaurants, we’ll savor traditional casoncelli or Foiade, a classic Sunday dish of the local tradition, experiencing the authentic flavors that have been enjoyed in the region for generations.

Piazza VecchiaWe’ll stroll past Piazza Vecchia and arrive at our next stop, where we’ll taste the famous polenta with lard and cheese, a hearty and traditional dish that perfectly represents Bergamo’s rich culinary heritage.
