Late arrivals: Tours start promptly. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may miss part or all of the tour, and while we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that the guide can wait or that you’ll be able to join the tour once it has started.

Weather: Tours operate in most weather conditions. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, or circumstances beyond our control that make the tour unsafe or impracticable, we may need to modify, postpone or cancel the experience. We’ll contact affected guests as soon as possible and, where appropriate, offer alternatives in line with our policies.

Dietary requirements & allergies: Please share any dietary requirements or allergies in the Special Requirements section when booking. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs and help you enjoy the experience; however, we cannot guarantee that all requirements can be accommodated at every stop.

Alcohol preferences: Please let us know if anyone is under the age of 18 or chooses not to have alcohol in the Special Requirements section when booking.
