Most travelers can participate, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers may join if they are under 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.

There is no parking at the meeting point. Guests must arrange their own transportation to the departure location.

Booking Details: Please ensure all booking details (name, contact info, flight details, etc.) are correct, as errors may lead to additional costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication during the trip.

Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, select your pick-up location. If you haven’t decided yet, you can update it later, but it must be finalized at least 3 days before your tour date. Important: If you don’t provide a pick-up location before departure, you may miss the tour. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Hotel Rooms: Rooms accommodate 2-4 guests and may have either: Two Full/Double beds/One King/Queen bed (subject to availability) Deposits are processed via credit card. If your group has more than 4 people or requires separate rooms, please book separately for proper arrangements.

Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are NOT accepted—all tickets must be purchased directly through us or your tour guide. Group reservations are recommended for smoother entry.

If an attraction is closed, an alternative visit will be arranged.

Discounts for 3rd & 4th guests apply when sharing accommodations in the same room. Promotion price as what you see. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants.

Important Note: If you’re booking for more than four people, or need different room types (single, double, triple, quad), you must make separate bookings based on the number of guests per room. If you want everyone to be on the same bus, send all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.

What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.

Booster Seat Policy: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat, as required by state law. Guests are responsible for fines if they do not comply. Booster seats are not needed for bus travel on the day of the tour.

Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities should provide advance notice, as wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Terms and Conditions: Tour terms & conditions may change—check the product website for updates. The tour operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.

Leaving the Group: If you choose to leave the tour early, you must inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the trip.

Gifts and Refunds: If a gift is provided during the tour, it may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for changes.

Itinerary & Adjustments：The tour operator may adjust the itinerary for smooth operations. The guide may modify schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
