  • Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center
Reach the high ground in the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center, and get an amazing view of the district of Asakusa, including the Kaminarimon, the famous shopping street of Nakamise-Dori, Senso-ji temple, but also skyTree, and the very popular "giant poop", symbol of the Asahi Group Building Headquarters.
  • Kaminarimon Gate
It has nothing to do with Thor, the god of thunder. This gate symbolizes the entrance to the domain of Sensoji, the main temple in Asakusa and one of the most famous in the country.
  • Senso-ji Temple
As one of the most important symbols of Asakusa, You will walk with your guide to the main building of Sensoji Temple, which is dedicated to the goddess of mercy, and discover several things about Buddhism, but also some things on the way connected to Shinto, and get the opportunity to get knowledge from your guide.
  • Nakamise Shopping Street (Kaminarimon)
This shopping street is one of the most famous on social media. Of course, it is highly touristic, but that street and its surroundings should be on everybody's bucket list when visiting Japan for the first time. After reaching Sensoji Temple, you will get free time to walk around the Nakamise-Dori and meet your guide directly back at the main entrance, at the Kaminarimon. This Free time is the first chance for you to do some snacking, as this tour does NOT include a proper lunch time, to optimize your time the best way possible.
  • Ameyoko Shopping Street
Much less touristic than the Nakamise-Dori, and more authentic, walk around the "Ameyoko" Shopping street of Ueno, and get your second food/drink break, before moving to the next destination of the day.
  • Ueno Park
Walk around the beautiful park of Ueno, and admire some of the most gorgeous creations, pagodas, temples, and shrines, and learn more about its cultural connection to modern Japan. We will focus on the south side, as the north is mostly about the zoo and the Tokyo National Museum.
  • Meiji Jingu Shrine
Explore the domain of the Meiji Jingu Shrine, and learn about one of the most famous emperors in the history of Japan, the Meiji Emperor.
  • Takeshita Street
Near the East side of the Meiji Jingu, walk into the excentric area of the Takeshita Dori, showing a significant contrast between traditional and modern architecture.
  • Omotesando
Walk then to Omotesando Station, which gives you the perfect opportunity to admire a very modern area, focusing on architectural creations and luxury.
  • Shibuya Crossing
Reach the famous station of Shibuya, and witness a crossing time from one of the most famous crossroads in the world, the Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
  • Hachiko
Then, go down the street, cross it twice, and get to the statue of Hachiko to listen to one of the most emotional true dog stories that ever happened. The tour will end at Shibuya Station. Everyone will then be free to hang around or get back to their hotel, with your guide's assistance, to make sure you know which line you must get to.
