Please note that carry-ons or large luggage cannot be accommodated in the van. (only items that can be placed on your lap are allowed .)

If the pickup time is between 8:00 and 8:30, the van could arrive anytime between 8:00 and 8:30, but it does not mean that the van will wait for 30 minutes. Pickup times cannot be predicted in advance, so you should wait in the lobby from 8:00. As this is a join-in tour that van visits several accommodations, please understand the pickup may be slightly delayed later than 8:30 if there are delays at other locations.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
