Glow factor: We cannot control sea and weather conditions, so we DO NOT WARRANTY that the glow on the bay will be present at all times. Please contact us to get further information on expected conditions.

Pick-Up Policy: Pick up starts 2 hours to 3 hours prior to the selected tour schedule depending on the amount of stops the driver must complete. Your timely pick-up is important to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be ready at the main entrance of your designated pick-up location at the relative pick-up time. Your driver will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next location. If you miss your pick-up, you will be responsible for making your own way to the tour site to join the experience. We recommend planning ahead and being ready a few minutes early to avoid missing the adventure!

The bioluminescent glow is a natural phenomenon and its intensity varies daily due to environmental conditions beyond our control. Factors such as rainfall, tides, moon phases and brightness, cloud cover, water temperature, seasonal changes, sargassum, water clarity, and other natural events may affect the visibility and brightness of the glow.

While our tour is commonly known as a "Bio Bay Night Kayak Tour," the experience is designed to offer much more than the bioluminescence itself. Guests will enjoy a guided nighttime adventure featuring the peaceful atmosphere of the lagoon, the surrounding ecosystem, the night sky, and the unique experience of kayaking in Puerto Rico after dark.

Because bioluminescence is a naturally occurring phenomenon, we cannot guarantee the intensity of the glow or that it will be visible during your visit. In certain conditions, our guides may provide tarps or other light-blocking materials to help guests better observe any available glow by reducing surrounding light pollution. However, the use of these materials does not guarantee visibility of the bioluminescence.

By choosing to participate in the tour, guests acknowledge and accept that glow intensity may vary or be absent due to natural causes. If the tour operates as scheduled and guests choose to participate, refunds, credits, rescheduling, or compensation will not be provided due to low or absent bioluminescence visibility.
