You learn Regina's biscuits, how to oven smoke tomatoes, make a perfect béchamel which is the base for shrimp and grits in a smoked tomato cream. French omelets with Boursin and mushrooms. Everyone eats this wonderful menu together. Bring your champagne for mimosas or vodka for bloody Marys. Just let me know what kind of set ups you need.
