Join me for an unforgettable taste of Bologna’s rich food heritage. We’ll start at Piazza Maggiore and explore the iconic Quadirilatero. I’ll share the secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano, artisanal salumi, and mortadella while you enjoy torta from a historic bakery. You’ll taste Emilia’s finest—salumi, cheeses, breads, Pignoletto, Lambrusco, and 25-year-old Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale from Modena-one of Europe’s oldest taverns. Next, I’ll share the story of pasta, and you’ll savor a classic pasta dish at a trattoria or salumeria. We’ll wander Bologna’s famous streets, discover hidden gems, and stop at a family-run bar for real Bolognese coffee. Finally, we’ll visit a beloved artisan gelato maker for some of the city’s best gelato. Let’s explore-one bite at a time!
