We will start off by meeting in our studio and eating some things to line up our stomach walls, so these drinks don't shake you, yet you shake them.
This class you'll learn to make two types of caipirinhas, two types of liqueurs (batidas) and two types of cocktails, from scratch.
All our recipes you can replicate with easily found ingredients back home.
We will taste as we make each drink but of course we will save two of them so that we can appreciate them while standing on Ipanema beach sand (the best place to drink is on sand, according to a poll of a million party animals).
